The cast of Homeland wants Hollywood superstar Timothée Chalamet to, uh, bring it on home when it comes to recognizing his roots as a former child star on their show.
Claire Danes and Damian Lewis — who previously fronted the popular 2011 Showtime thriller — reunited Sunday night on stage at the 2026 Actor Awards, where they reminded the audience that the 30-year-old Dune and Marty Supreme actor was once a part of their ensemble legacy with a recurring role on season 2.
The pair walked out on stage while holding hands, with Danes announcing that they were there to present the award for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series.
"Truly incredible shows in this category. Five all-time greats. Remind me, Claire, was Homeland... did it ever win for Ensemble?" Lewis, who starred as Danes' love interest on Homeland seasons 1-3, asked.

"No, no, it did not. And that's why we're here today. We would like a rematch," Danes said, while Lewis pointed out that, "We lost to, what, Downton Abbey? Breaking Bad? Nope, never heard of them. Bryan Cranston, Michelle Dockery, you're great, we love you; you're going down."
Danes then made the case for why Homeland should retroactively win the award, telling the crowd that "our ensemble was all heavy hitters," including F. Murray Abraham and Mandy Patinkin in a tale about a CIA agent, Carrie Mathison (Danes), who falls for a turned American prisoner of war, Nicholas Brody (Lewis), after he returns home from the Middle East.

"We even had Timothée Chalamet on our show. Where do you think he learned how to handle the stress of a Safdie movie?" Danes asked, while Lewis closed out the bit by stressing in a menacing tone, "We made you, Timothée. Just saying. And we're ready for a recount."
The actor took the stage shortly after Danes and Lewis, alongside his Marty Supreme castmates Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A'zion, and Tyler, the Creator, to introduce their nominated film ensemble.
Chalamet's Homeland role came in 2012, when he played Finn, the ill-fated son of Vice President Walden, who serves as the love interest to Brody's daughter, Dana (Morgan Saylor).

At the 2013 Actor Awards (then known as the SAG Awards), Chalamet received a nomination for his eight-episode arc, as part of the aforementioned Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series. Downton Abbey, however, ultimately won that year instead.
Chalamet would go on to lead major commercial films and prestige projects, and has earned four career Oscar nominations, including three for acting (Call Me by Your Name, A Complete Unknown, Marty Supreme) and one for producing Marty Supreme, which scored a Best Picture nomination from the Academy in January.
